A dry, methode traditional wine made
from the rich juice of the tree ripened braeburn apple.
As with quality champagne, the wine is left for at least
a year to brew on the lees, which remain in the bottle continually
adding complexity and rich apple flavours.
Serve cold and pour with care.
Splendid for celebrations.
